Registration fees are as follows:

Fees will be refunded (less a $50 processing fee) with written request for cancellation received by ICF no later than Friday, September 16, 2022. Refunds will be returned via the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
Submit all cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after September 16. No-shows are non-refundable. Substitutions are encouraged and should be submitted to email@example.com with original attendee name, confirmation number and new attendee information. The deadline for any substitutions prior to the conference is Friday, September 16, 2022. After that date, all substitutions must be made onsite and must be accompanied by written permission from the original attendee.
In the unlikely event of program cancellation, Capital Coaches Conference will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. ICF assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
