The 2024 event will be held on October 10 & 11 at the Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park. Activities will begin at 7 am on Thursday and run through Noon on Friday.

Registration will open on May 13, 2024. Individuals may register by clicking the "Register" link on the website. 

Rates increase on July 16, so book early to get the best rate.

Yes! The hotel is located near the Dunn Loring Merrifield Metro station. The hotel also provides a courtesy shuttle to/from the metro station. Please contact the hotel front desk for details on schedule.

We ask for your dietary requirements during the registration process and will do our best to accommodate all requests. To facilitate service, requests must be received at least three weeks in advance of the event.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Fees will be refunded (less a $100 processing fee) with written request for cancellation received by ICF no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, September 27, 2024. Refunds will be returned via the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.


Submit all cancellation requests to apryl@persnicketyplanning.com. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after September 27. No-shows are non-refundable.

Substitutions are encouraged and should be submitted to apryl@persnicketyplanning.com with original attendee name, confirmation number and new attendee information. The deadline for any substitutions prior to the conference is Friday, September 27, 2024.

After that date, all substitutions must be made onsite and must be accompanied by written permission from the original attendee.

In the unlikely event of program cancellation, Capital Coaches Conference will refund 100 percent of the registration fees paid. ICF assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.

Yes! The event is open to interested parties regardless of location or ICF Membership. While ICF Metro DC Chapter members receive the lowest rates, all are welcome to register and participate in this event. 

Yes! The program will provide six to eight (6-8) CCE units. We are finishing paperwork with ICF for an approved CCE count and will update once available (expected in mid-June 2024).

Yes! The ICF Metro DC Chapter needs volunteers to help our programs run smoothly. We can use assistance before this event with marketing and sponsorship sales, and we have onsite volunteer opportunities to help at registration and more.
